Thrive Summit is Personify Health's annual health and wellbeing innovation conference — a gathering of HR leaders, benefits managers, and health ecosystem partners who are shaping the future of how healthy happens. As the lead designer, I owned the full visual identity for the 2026 event: from the main stage and environmental design to motion graphics, print collateral, and everything in between

Every year, the design language for Thrive has to do double duty — it needs to feel fresh and distinct, while still carrying the energy and warmth the event is known for. For 2026, the creative direction leaned into texture, warmth, and movement. Earthy tones, organic shapes, and a sense of sun-baked vibrancy gave the event a personality that felt alive — something people could feel the moment they walked in the door.

The main stage background was a fully custom 3D environment — a living, breathing desert landscape built to run throughout the entire conference. Animals moved across the scene, lighting shifted through a complete day-to-night cycle, and the whole thing was designed to feel alive without ever pulling focus from the speakers on stage.

The event needed a comprehensive poster system that could span everything — breakout sessions, directional signage, special events, and offsite experiences — without losing visual cohesion. Each design was built on a modular component system that made editing, versioning, and scaling across 50+ posters efficient without sacrificing consistency. The result reads as a tight visual family while giving each piece its own presence.

Thrive is a full-scale creative effort, and it takes a team. I lead design across every touchpoint, and Brian, our Creative Director, brings it all to life through the physical environment.
